Excerpt: Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking sources to provide security screening services to ensure safe, courteous, and efficient passenger and baggage screening at United States airports. Offerors shall review to learn about the background and the acquisition approach associated with this requirement. To access the SPP information, go to the bottom right heading entitled ?Spotlight? and click on the hyperlink directly under ?Spotlight? entitled ?Screening Partnership Program.?
